Our RFID/Transponder System consists of proven frequencies and hardware that is made for outdoor extreme environments. The Transponder/TAG is a dual radio system; the main radio operates a "beacon signal" to transmit the ID of the TAG, the other is a low frequency "Loop" detection frequency which allows us to define a very accurate start/finish line. Once a tag crosses this invisible line, the TAG sends out a signal over the main frequency to the reader system which is then sent to the scoring system.

 

Integrated Reader & Loop System
The "loop" is a piece of 2 wire 16 ga weatherproof wire that can
be buried in the ground, or place overhead in a gate style mount.

 

Tansponder/TAG
We now offer two versions of transponders, our newest MX tag and the original. They both work with the same reader and loop system. The new MX tags has a slimmer profile and is extremely strong. Both Tag’s carry a 2 year warranty and requires no charging.

The MX tag can be mounted on the fork tube or chest protector using the "zip tie tunnels" or a screw mount option in the center for mounting on fenders or number plates
